Material cycles

We want to utilise resources more efficiently.

A sustainable economy has to deal with scarce resources and a lack of security of supply. If the linear economy continues in the future, the raw materials situation will continue to deteriorate.

We have recognised the need to change the system to a circular economy in order to secure future growth. That is why we are pushing for a decoupling from the finite consumption of resources by integrating material cycles.

We are working on the circular economy in order to minimise the use of resources or improve recycling. Closed material cycles offer opportunities for the environment, the economy and people.

    Waste produced

We collect and sort waste in our branches and at our head office so that it can be recycled. We ensure that our colleagues receive regular training in order to separate waste by type. Overall, we want to reduce our waste volumes.

We offer our customers proper disposal of defective hydraulic hoses during Sprinter deployments and in our branches.

At the end of the service life of our products, we check whether we can make it possible to recover products, components and materials from waste by processing them for reuse and recycling. We are looking for concepts or realisations based on the cradle-to-cradle principle.
